[-[ Understand customer requirements for secure, mission-critical, enterprise-level software through proposal and requirement documents. -[ Conduct solution workshops with prospective clients and customers to understand their business and technology challenges thoroughly and accurately and how they can be solved. -[ Use proven and creative methods to design, implement, and/or remediate solutions relating to professional services, product support, and cloud or infrastructure services. -[ Act as an SME, an engine for commercial growth, a trusted advisor to customers and prospects, and an outstanding cross-functional team player. -[ Serve as a trusted advisor by driving conversations with customers' business stakeholders. -[ Prepare and deliver effective custom demonstrations using prospect, customer-provided data and information as needed. -[ Develop detailed solution roadmaps and statements of work in collaboration with sales, delivery, pre-sales, and regional global leads. -[ Design commercial proposals that best meet customers' requirements while minimizing risks associated with internal deliverability and profitability of the engagement. -[ Collaborate with internal teams and partners and serve as customer liaison with business stakeholders and technical experts to ensure the success of the prospect and customer. -[ Ensure customer satisfaction throughout client engagements. -[ Provide customer-facing demos and discussions, and explain various use-case scenarios to build trust and demonstrate industry best practices. - Extensively work with implementing backend services using modern web technologies and programming languages, including Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Hibernate, SOAP-based and RESTful Web Services; CI/CD Scripts and Pipelines; Distributed application designing, implementing and consulting; Architecting, provisioning, and deploying applications to public cloud and on-premise virtualized environments using Python and Java; Database architecture and performance tuning; Mobile application development; MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Big Data, and Hadoop. -[ Other professional job duties as needed.
