As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Deposit 2.0 team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our product development. You will excel in managing dependencies, monitoring blockers, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders and functional partners. This role provides an opportunity to promote efficiency improvements in the development process and to create solutions that will have a significant impact on our product's success.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.

  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and improve adequate resources.

  • Effectively manage dependencies to ensure timely product development and collaborate with Product Owners to identify dependencies.

  • Act as a liaison between the Deposit 2.0 product team, stakeholders, and functional partners.

  • Proactively communicate with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify issues, create solutions, and drive efficiency improvements in the development process.

  • Drive commitment from Partners to ensure Program execution success.

  • Create and maintain Dashboards to track program's progress and identify potential bottlenecks and manage dependencies in Jira Align.

  • Work on detailed dependency mapping to understand the intricate relationships between tasks.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills to convey project status and insights effectively.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.

  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area.

  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.

  • Experience in product deployment processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in program management or project management in the Financial Services industry.

  • Demonstrate experience in product delivery and coordinating cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in using Jira and Jira Align to track and manage tasks and dependencies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in using, PowerPoint, Excel and Confluence.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle.

  • Excellent interpersonal and take ownership of deliverables, a very motivated self-starter.

  • Track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, good work ethic, achieving challenging plans for future, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
