Intuit ProConnect is looking for a highly skilled and motivated business operations data professional who is curious, self-starter, and a creative problem solver with a passion to provide data-driven insights. As a key member of the ProConnect business operations team, you will work alongside team members with strong data skills and deep experience in planning and operations, Program Managers, Product Managers, and other cross functional teams to evolve our reporting and data analysis capabilities. You will leverage your strong report building experience, data analysis skills, and exceptional business and entrepreneurial acumen, to perform business operations data analysis functions that delivers meaningful insights to stakeholders to speed decision-making and exceed our operational excellence standards.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in business operations data analysis

• Expertise in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization software such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, PowerBI

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business results

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex data-related issues

• Experience with data governance and data management best practices is a plus

How you will lead

• Analyzing and interpreting complex business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights

• Developing and maintaining data models and reporting systems to support business operations

• Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to gather and understand data requirements

• Communicating findings and recommendations to senior leaders and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

• Providing expertise and guidance in the development and implementation of new data projects and systems

• Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials to support business decision-making

• Ensuring data quality and accuracy by implementing data governance policies and procedures
