Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

The Total Rewards Senior Analyst is responsible for working cross-functionally with teams to ensure business objectives are achieved within benefits and compensation systems and software. This position will oversee project management, planning, and coordination of system implementations and provide analytical support to internal and external business partners.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

• Routinely tests the benefits and compensation modules in Workday to ensure quality and functionality, partnering with Crew Systems for support

• Proactively monitors external integrations and partners with Crew Systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting crew

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to review, test, and implement system releases and upgrades, including modifications to existing integrations

• Reviews recurring system errors and manual administrative processes, recommending solutions or alternative methods to achieve business objectives in partnership with Crew Systems

• Creates testing scripts for the Benefits and Compensation teams to enhance system performance

• Conducts routine data audits and reconciliations to maintain data integrity, compliance, and accuracy of all Crew data, in partnership with Crew Systems

• Assists in the ongoing implementation of compensation and benefits strategies with direction from Crew Systems

Requirements for Success:

• 5+ Years of experience in Human Resources

• Prior experience working with HRIS System (Workday, is a plus)

• Vendor management: ability to partner with internal and external teams to successfully complete new implementations and initiatives

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing

• Self-driven, flexible and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively

• Microsoft proficient: Excel, PowerPoint and Word

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
