JPMorgan Chase Scrum Master in Plano, Texas

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Work with the product owner to align the team with the product vision and sprint goals. Champion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity. Coach teams to conduct continuous improvement activities. Seek opportunities for improvement of the overall effectiveness of teams and the organization. Coordinate with business analysts, technical project managers, and product managers in other enterprise organizations to manage dependencies. Run daily Scrum standup meetings with the team, remove any impediments, escalate issues as needed, summarize the status, and report to management on a periodic basis. Create burn-rate, capacity, and productivity reports, and communicate with senior management. Conduct sprint retrospective sessions and gather feedback from the team. Assist the technology and product teams with sprint and quarterly planning. Assess the team's sprint burn-rate and aid in capacity planning for future sprints.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Any), Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Scrum Master, Product Owner, IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Robotic Process Automation; Intelligent Process Automation; self-service AI; Machine Learning; Natural Language Processing including speech-to-text and AI/ML driven virtual agent products; project management; Agile; Scrum; Kanban; JIRA; JIRA-Align; Confluence; Dashboards; Metrics; JET Console; ServiceNow; SQL; AWS Cloud Services including EMR, Glue, SW, SQS, Redshift, Lambda, Elastic Search, and Load Balancer; Python; CICD; DevOps; use of Cloud Technology Services in business context to connect the dependencies for better management and planning; Data Platform components and service integrations; Messaging services including MSK; Search Services such as Elastic Search; AWS Load Balancer; Auto scaling techniques; control risks for documentation for better planning and monitoring; use of deployment pipeline components, approval process, control requirements, and the stakeholders involved for better planning and dependency management; Data Analytics; Datawarehouse domain; connecting business use-cases with organization goals and technical roadmaps.
