Description We are offering a role in the banking industry, specifically as a Programmer Analyst, situated in Plano, Texas. The primary function of this role involves designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform and supporting applications. The position also requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing technical support and training to end-users.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, customize, integrate, improve, deploy, and train on Salesforce Lightning Platform solutions.

• Analyze existing applications and systems to identify inefficiencies and develop scalable processes and solutions.

• Manage Salesforce Administration tasks, including user security, permissions, and data hygiene.

• Develop and maintain complex Salesforce.com system enhancements using Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and other tools.

• Troubleshoot and fix bugs within the Salesforce platform.

• Create reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Provide technical support and training to end-users.

• Utilize Salesforce APIs, Salesforce Development, Customization, and Salesforce Administration skills to optimize job function. Requirements • Candidates must possess substantial knowledge and experience in Salesforce APIs

• Proficiency in Salesforce Development is a crucial requirement for this role

• Applicants should have a strong background in Salesforce Customization

• Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Administration is essential for this position

• Candidates should be able to work collaboratively within a team and independently

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend solutions

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential

• Applicants should have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in banking industry practices and regulations is highly desirable
