Description We are in the process of hiring a Sales Associate 1 in the retail industry, based in Plano, Texas, United States. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity and involves providing exceptional customer service, sales support, and reporting, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service experiences in the showroom

• Stay up-to-date with new products, features, and content to effectively educate customers

• Assist customers in finding the right product fit for their needs

• Achieve or surpass established performance goals

• Contribute to various store activities, including inventory management, merchandising, and marketing

• Engage in initiatives that may span across different departments, including Community Events and Member Support

• Provide excellent sales support within our retail stores

• Handle physical requirements of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting items weighing 25 lbs or more

• Participate in corporate wellness programs and community events

• Maintain strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Requirements • Excellent customer service skills

• Proficiency in reporting and data analysis

• Knowledge of marketing strategies

• Ability to manage time effectively

• Experience in merchandising

• Familiarity with retail industry and its dynamics
