Summary

This role as a People Systems Specialist involves overseeing various aspects of People technology projects, managing data integrity through manual updates and mass data loads, report analysis, and providing comprehensive user support and training. The position also focuses on identifying opportunities for process optimization and collaborating across teams to enhance operational efficiency within the People Team.

Responsibilities

•    Manage small People technology projects, including configuring workflows, system updates/changes, and custom reports. Gather business requirements, document processes, and collaborate across teams to ensure project work is successfully completed. •    Perform manual data entry for foundational updates and monitor/approve transactional workflows for efficiency. •    Perform mass data loads into the system, ensuring data validation and accuracy when processing. •    Create, edit, and analyze reports to provide actionable insights to the People Team. •    Conduct system audits to maintain data accuracy and confidentiality. •    Support ongoing People system implementations, including user acceptance testing and post-go-live support. Participate in system maintenance activities during upgrades. •    Provide support to People System users by resolving issues and answering queries regarding system functionality. •    Monitor system integrations and issues, collaborate with other teams as needed to ensure successful resolution of errors. •    Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality; develop user guides and documentation. •    Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within People technology. Collaborate with People Team members to implement process changes to increase efficiency and improve experience. •    Support daily operations of the People Team.  

Requirements

•    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.  •    5+ years of hands-on experience with various HCM and ATS Systems such as SuccessFactors, Kronos, Greenhouse, etc. •    Expert in usage of productivity tools such as Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Power Platform  •    Hands on configuration or administration experience in ticketing systems like JSM, ServiceNow, etc. is preferred •    Experience with technologies involving Document Management, Text messaging, etc. is preferred •    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. •    Excellent communication skills with proficiency in training and user support. •    Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and compliance. •    Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. •    Experience with system implementations, testing, and user support.
