As the Retail Operations Program Manager, you will be the point of contact for our corporate support teams supporting for our corporate and retail field teams. Through effective communication, strategic mindset, collaboration, organizational savvy, project management and follow up are vital pieces of the job.

As a complex organization, the Retail Operations Program Manager will be key in facilitating alignment amongst cross-functional teams and direction to 3rd party vendors. You will collaborate with all retail Account Channels, Marketing, Design, Merchandising, Technology, Service, Finance, HR, Field and the Strategy team. You will gather insights and execute initiatives that improve upon existing field processes and ultimately align to the broader company goals. Provide weekly executive level updates on programs in a way that tells the story of the program and how it will impact retail sell out metrics. You will evaluate metrics and impact through analysis of the field programs currently running and provide structure, accountability and follow up to all field teams and 3rd party vendors.

The Retail Operations Program manager will oversee end-to-end strategy, funding, timelines, execution and performance evaluation. Paying close attention to what works well and what doesn’t, the Retail Operations Program Manager will be agile in optimizing approach and make necessary adjustment to ensure the program’s success.

Key Responsibilities

•       Manage 3PL vendor relationship including weekly meetings, forecasting and funding, process determination, performance analysis and quarterly business reviews

•       Manage all field sales initiatives from strategy, execution and rewards

•       Manage marketing field programs from creative through printing

•       Support field mapping process to ensure systematic support for all field coverage

•       Provide executive level weekly updates of all programs that tells a story of the program and ability to drive sell out

•       Provide step by step Standard Operating processes for all field programs including training and program quarterly business reviews

Minimum Qualifications

•       Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant operations experience required

•       3+ years’ experience in retail operations, communications, sales driving initiatives, vendor management, field support with the ability to demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas

•       Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches

•       Demonstrated experience working with third party accounts and corporate operations team

•       Strength in working cross functionally, harnessing a collaborative team environment and being able to lead project work within a large dynamic team and drive end to end planning

•       Adaptability to move at the pace of retail and work in a constantly evolving environment, making decisive decisions when needed

•       High proficiency in Power Point, Word, Excel and FB Workplace

•       Outstanding written and communications skills, time management, and organization skill

•       Ability to drive and improve business cadence (planning, scheduling, communication), setting and improving processes, monitoring execution and driving accountability and visibility of progress against goals and objectives

•       Ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time

Responsibilities:

�       Responsible for managing the employees, creating their work schedules and distributing their duties.

�       Determine employment requirements as well as interviews and hires prospective employees.

�       An operations manager also trains the newly hired employees.

�       Manage all the activities that are associated with the production of the products the company offers.

�       Responsible for managing the performance of the employees such as sales promotions, coordinating with different division leads, planning the layout and design of the store, and setting the prices and credit terms, as well as identifies goods and services to be sold.

�       Supervise the remodeling of current the amenities and represent the company during client meetings and negotiations.

�       Handle problems in a calm and collected manner, even when under pressure.

Skills:

�       Excellent organization and mathematical skills

�       Familiarity with Windows-based computer programs a must
