Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Office Manager in Plano, Texas. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing office supplies, coordinating vendor services, and maintaining a detail oriented and efficient work environment within the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating vendor services and managing office supplies to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Overseeing daily operations to maintain a detail oriented and efficient work environment.
• Handling accounting functions including managing accounts receivable, processing invoices, and making bank deposits using QuickBooks.
• Assisting with administrative tasks and facilitating seamless client onboarding.
• Answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries promptly and in a detail oriented manner.
• Drafting and processing client contracts, generating invoices, and following up on outstanding balances in a detail oriented manner.
• Preparing financial and sales reports, tracking revenue, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Assisting in the planning of team trainings, client events, and office functions. Requirements • Proficiency in handling Accounting Functions such as financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll management.
• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls, providing customer service, and managing client relations.
• Expertise in using QuickBooks for maintaining financial records, generating invoices, and carrying out other accounting tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage office operations and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and clients.
• Proven leadership skills to supervise and motivate office staff.
• Experience in managing office supplies and equipment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
