Description

• Manages the escalation the team so main things are issuing final approvals

• Handle income, assets, etc.

• Process through complex files

• Analyze wage income, self-employment - Need to be diverse in forms of income

• Processing for final review

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Looking for candidates with basic mortgage knowledge, such as understanding assets, wage income, and loan documents, open to training

• At least 3 years of experience of loan processor or junior underwriting

• Experience with (conventional, fha, va, jumbo loans)

• Experience with large deposits, working with incomes, bank statements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Monday to Friday; 8AM to 5PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
