Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and execution of Raising Cane’s local marketing programs and the ongoing management of the marketing training program. This role will work closely with the local marketing team to understand market and consumer needs to drive traffic to our restaurants while working with cross-functional teams within the company.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

• Manages and develops brand building and traffic-driving marketing programs

• Leads strategy development and execution of local marketing calendar, programs, and materials that align with the system marketing calendar and support local needs of restaurants and markets

• Leads brainstorming sessions with divisional, regional, and area level field marketers

• Drives trial and builds brand awareness through marketing programs, including managing timelines and partners with cross-functional leaders such as Creative Services, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Operations, etc. to bring projects from idea to launch

• Manages all existing programs and tools and leads the deployment of new programs and tools used by the field marketing team

• Partners with the field marketing team members to gather feedback on existing programs and needs in the local markets

• Crafts compelling program proposals for internal stakeholders and creative briefing for all new programs

• Monitors the performance of new and existing marketing programs to assess effectiveness, determine ROI, and provide recommendations for improvement

• Spends time in market to understand execution and performance of new programs as well as market specific needs

• Supports communication deployment between the RSO and Restaurant Marketing Team by managing communication and monthly marketing call materials

• Supports ad hoc restaurant marketing presentations and restaurant marketing team meetings, including agendas, presentations, communication, note taking, and recaps

• Supports the development of marketing training materials for all customer-facing marketing programs

• Manages updates of existing marketing training materials to keep content relevant by partnering with cross-functional departments (restaurant services, customer relationships, training, IT).

• Leads training sessions for marketing programs, tools, etc.

• Manages the marketing onboarding program for new field marketing crew which includes partnering with cross-functional teams to create training plans, manages eligible field marketing trainers, and training materials.

Requirements for Success:

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing or field marketing role

• Experience with the development or management of new marketing programs and tools

• Experience with program launch and training

• Experience with presentation development and strong presentation skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing

• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively

• Microsoft proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Able to travel up to 10% to various markets

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field required
