Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

The IT Restaurant Support Representative works closely with the Restaurant Support Team to ensure that all technical and deployed IT solutions are working to Raising Cane’s approved specifications. This role will serve as the owner of technical problems and will address or escalate to ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Our restaurant support team works in a fast paced, collaborative environment that will keep you challenged and engaged in finding the best way to solve IT problems for our restaurants.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

• Provides technical support to all requests from restaurants, field, and RSO crewmembers

• Responds to requests, provides, and implements solutions or routing requests to appropriate paths

• Processes and resolves customers’ issues using communication methods such as telephone, personal, e-mail, etc.

• Documents, tracks, and monitors technical problems with the intent of ensuring timely resolutions

Requirements for Success:

• 2+ years restaurant operations experience strongly desired

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing

• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively

• Proficiency in a variety of technology systems and able to adapt to new systems quickly

• Experience with Aloha POS, kitchen display systems, and headset systems a plus

• Basic PC and network troubleshooting, and PC installation and configuration experience required

• Able to work flexible hours and based on the business needs, including non-typical business hours

• Associate’s degree, trade certification, or high school diploma with equivalent experience
