Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

The IT Deployment Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, education, and utilization of technology within the restaurants to maximize its features and functionality. They will collaborate with the IT project management team in the planning, execution, and facilitation of technology equipment deployments to enhance the crew’s technical skills and knowledge.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

• Actively mentors restaurant crew on the functionality of technology and engages resources to deliver solutions that meet business needs

• Recognizes early warning signs of new technology limitations to identify and address opportunities before they adversely affect the business

• Assists in coordinating IT system installations, applications, and processes, working with internal and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and budget-compliant delivery and execution of solutions

• Provides timely, meaningful feedback on performance of crew and their managers, recognizing and rewarding team accomplishments

• Evaluates individual and organizational performance, provides input on program results, facilitates evaluations, and makes improvements to enhance the program

• Schedules information sessions, both in-person and online, regarding the proper use of information technology equipment and systems

• Monitors program documentation and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up to date, recommending updates as necessary

Requirements for Success:

• 2+ years of experience educating and training the utilization and effective use of technology systems

• Restaurant or retail experience preferred

• Experience in creating end-user technology instruction documentation

• Practical understanding of potential uses of technology, along with knowledge of industry standards, directions, business, and technology trends

• Tech-savvy with a business partnership approach to leverage technology to meet business needs

• A technology utilization specialist with a proven record of design and delivery

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing

• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written interpersonal, and verbal communication skills

• Ability to travel to support new restaurant opening activities (up to 80%)

• Flexibility to operate during non-standard business hours and weekends, as needed
