Job Description

An employer is looking for a Finance Modernization Process Leader in Plano, TX or Louisville, KT. Your primary responsibility will be to lead process standardization and automation effectiveness across our global financial control operations. This role will focus on modernizing the finance organization through a continuous improvement within finance. This role will report to the VP, Finance and will be instrumental in supporting strategic shifts that leverage scale, efficiency, and expertise across all brands and markets. Responsibilities will include:

 Lead financial control process standardization initiatives that drive operational efficiencies and organizational effectiveness.

 Lead financial control process automation initiatives that drive operational efficiencies and organizational effectiveness.

 Influence process owner subject matter experts to deliver efficiencies.

 Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership, providing counsel on financial process standardization, process optimization, and automation strategies.

 Define and implement finance process automation frameworks and methodologies that guide the organization through periods of transformation.

 Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful adoption of processes across global operations.

 Partner with finance leaders to ensure automation strategies are embedded within their teams and consistently executed globally.

 Develop methods for tracking, measuring and quantifying the success of automation initiatives, making necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness and sustainability.

Skills and Requirements

7-10 years experience in financial modernization, process optimization and automation

Background/ education in accounting, finance

Well versed in process standardization, optimization, and improvement

Experience with technology/ system standardization

Knowledgeable on JD Edwards, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management or related systems

Strong experience in global organizations, with experience leading modernization efforts and automation efforts Experience with cloud based financial systems

Consulting experience

Hands on automation experience null
