Position Summary:

Our Global Banking businesses serve companies of varying sizes. In Business Banking, we work with clients with more than $5 million in revenue; our Global Commercial Banking clients are mid-sized companies with revenues of $50 million to $2–$3 billion; and through Global Corporate & Investment Banking, we serve the largest companies and corporations in the world. Channels Servicing Onboarding Technology (CSOT) creates technology solutions for our global banking business.

Delivery Quality (DQ) is a horizontal team within CSOT that looks across our team and within our ecosystem and ensures quality for all that we do. The delivery lead is a key SME resource on quality that helps, mentors, educates the teams to deliver with quality and comply with ECM standards within CSOT.

This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Responsibilities:

Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)

Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams

Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline

Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule

Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements

Supports resource planning for delivery and execution

Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards

Responsible for the management of work effort in the various testing environments and/or other testers for the applications supported.

Responsible for the coordination, oversight and planning of test efforts across the team assigned to.

Ensure Software Process methodology is adhered to, including timely completion of required documentation like MRA2

Act as escalation point for any testing issues that may impact the project timeline.

Ensure test related documentation is maintained in accordance with the ECM standards throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Identify and implement process improvements related to integrated testing.

Monitor and track defects identified during system testing for successful resolution.

Successfully plan and implement complex initiatives involving many participants.

Responsible for training on various tools.

Required Qualifications

Technical Delivery Lead with 5+ years of experience.

5 years of experience in coordinating large efforts for Testing and Projects.

Subject matter expertise in application Testing.

Consulting experiences in helping teams navigate through their testing processes.

Working knowledge of ALM and JIRA.

Excellent presentation, communication skills and able to speak in large groups.

Desired Qualifications:

B. S Degree or equivalent experience

Prior experience with Bank of America preferred.
