A fortune 100 client is seeking to add to their CTO team, within the enterprise integration and automation for all digital platforms organization. As the Senior Engineer for Backend APIs, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, DevOps, SRE, and Cloud Processes, you will play a pivotal role in engineering our backend services and cloud infrastructure. This position involves building and maintaining robust backend systems, optimizing Azure cloud services, and ensuring operational excellence. Your role will demand an understanding of cloud architecture, API development, DevOps practices, and SRE methodologies to enhance our cloud capabilities and streamline processes.

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience (6+ years) in backend API development, cloud infrastructure, specifically Azure and AKS, and operations.

- Proven expertise in DevOps methodologies, SRE principles, and Cloud Process management.

- Strong technical background in Azure cloud services, Kubernetes, and API development.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and cloud-native technologies.

- Solid understanding of security, scalability, and high availability in cloud environments.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic approach to tackle technical challenges. - Demonstrated leadership in managing complex technical projects and guiding high-performing teams.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
