Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Lawn team in the roles of Crew Leaders. You will contribute to the efficient delivery of high-quality lawn services while upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Execute a wide range of lawn tasks, ensuring adherence to customer expectations and industry standards.
• Safely operate and maintain landscape equipment, including mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
• Perform various landscape maintenance activities, such as mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, debris removal, etc.

• Assist with other job duties as assigned.

   

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and a collaborative approach to achieving team goals.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions, including standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional 9-12 hour days.
• Prior experience with landscape equipment and operating vehicles with trailers
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing small teams are essential.
• Proficiency in using smartphone apps. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

   

Benefits: 

• Pay; $16 - $19 per hour, based on experience and a bi-weekly phone stipend of $15.00.
