Budget Analyst (Plainview, NY): Responsible for operational budget analysis including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors for company’s construction projects. Analyze business practices and trends affecting budget needs for company’s ongoing and future projects. Monitor spendings to ensure that funds are allocated in line with the project prioritization and strategic investments, considering their financial implications. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability budgets based on revenue forecasts, business goals, client retention and growth rates, and industry dynamics. Analyze forecasted budget vs. actual expenses for management for gross margin improvement strategies. Remote working option available, may telecommute from any location in the U.S. Salary is $71,240 annually. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field and 2 years of experience as Budget Analyst, Financial Analyst, Financial Services Officer, or related position.
