Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in the logistics industry, located in Plainfield, Indiana. This role primarily involves system administration, IT support, and customer service within a team of 10 IT professionals. The position is based onsite and may require frequent movement around a large warehouse facility.

Responsibilities:

• System administration tasks on Windows and Linux platforms

• Utilizing Cisco Technologies and VoIP systems for network support and management

• Providing level 2 and level 3 IT support, including answering tickets and resolving IT issues

• Creating and managing user accounts on various platforms including Active Directory

• Collaborating with a team of 10 IT professionals to ensure smooth operations

• Assisting with potential project work, contributing to Android Development and Database Management

• Configuration management and deployment tasks

• Handling hardware issues related to Apple devices and other computer hardware

• Utilizing EO/IR systems and Citrix Technologies for various IT support tasks

• Maintaining robust IT operations within a logistics environment. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development.

• Strong knowledge in Cisco Technologies.

• Expertise in Citrix Technologies.

• Solid understanding of Database management.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems.

• Experience in Active Directory.

• Ability to handle and troubleshoot Apple Devices.

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware.

• Proficiency in Configuration Management.
