Travel Coordinator (Temporary) Position at Benco Dental

This is a temporary position with a potential end date of mid-February 2025

  Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

  This position will be responsible for performing multiple duties supporting customer visits to our CenterPoint locations.

• Supporting the process of all the logistics related to the customers' visit to include the coordination of travel arrangements to our showroom for all parties involved including flights, accommodations, transportation, meals, etc.

• Creating an itinerary for the visit and notifying all the responsible parties involved who will participate in the visit

• Ensuring that logistics relating to complete customer comfort and satisfaction are met

• Maintaining hotel contracts within our vendor system, Egencia

• Completing Sunshine Act Reports for all CPX trips

• Supporting internal and customer-facing events with team

  Do YOU Possess These Skills and Attributes?

• Travel booking experience

• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office systems

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Acute attention to accuracy and detail are required

• Project management

• Strong organizational skills

  Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

• Ability to work 40 hours per week

• Ability to be available for any last minute flight issues including both nights and weekends

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED
