We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Development Support II to join our Treasury Services Americas Sales team. This role can be located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL, and is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Drive complex or strategic projects end-to-end to ensure successful executive of projects that enhance sales performance, efficiency and alignment with business goals Partners closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies, tools and processes to empower the sales organization to achieve its objectives Develop and implement programs that enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes, enhance efficiency and improves overall sales performance Drive continuous adoption of new tools, processes and methodologies Support the development and delivery of training programs that equip the sales team with knowledge and skills needed to excel Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, challenges and successes Supports change management process and provides impact assessment and sign-off for critical changes impacting our clients and coverage teams Works closely with Senior Leadership to identify growth or market opportunities to drive greater profitability Provides support on eCRM and ways to continuously optimize the tool for our field teams Leverages research/market intelligence to provide our coverage teams with key insights and ways to strengthen our positioning To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus. 10-12 years of total work experience in sales preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions that drive business outcomes Proficiency in project management tools and CRM platforms Strong project management skills Adaptable and flexible with ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
