The HRBP for the Advanced Industrial segment serves as a strategic business partner, change agent, and member of the line management staff, providing expert advice and guidance on HR matters to assigned internal clients on the entire scope of HR responsibilities. They act as consultants, aligning HR practices with business goals. Responsibilities: Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance on: Retention and recruitment of talent Suggest strategies aligned with the corporate philosophy, prioritizing internal promotions for career development Organizational development, succession planning and development of talent Identify training needs for teams and individuals to support the succession plan to ensure future leadership continuity With the support of the corporate talent development lead, administer the different trainings, including their respective effectiveness Labor relations Work closely with management and employees to maintain and/or improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances through a systematic approach, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Monitoring and reporting of meaningful workforce metrics Performance ratings, compensation, turn over, years of service, demographics, etc. Express new ideas, new strategies and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture. Partner with the different internal HR teammates to drive company-wide programs and initiatives such as salary reviews, stock option grants renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change Propose new trends/strategies aligned with business goals Governance and compliance Provide guidance on corporate HR policy and programs Partner with the segment legal and compliance lead when required to preserve the company's liability Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a strategic HR business partner role. Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business outcomes. Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and provide innovative HR solutions. Demonstrated ability to navigate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
