Preferred Knowledge/Skills

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including:

  • Working with salesforce platform on configuration, customization (Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, etc.), integration, security, administration and other core features);

  • Working with Vlocity/Salesforce Industry Cloud and Vlocity solution implementation experience;

  • Leveraging Implementation experience in Vlocity / SFI insurance including Insurance Product Administration, Insurance Quote, Rate, and Apply, Policy Administration, Claims administration;

  • Working with the Business Architect and/or Business Analyst to translate the customer requirements into a working solution;

  • Working knowledge and ability to configure packaged solutions on the Salesforce platform;

  • Understanding of integrations with third party systems through a variety integration patterns (ESB, Pub/Sub, Point to Point, Batch, Singleton, etc.) and Salesforce capabilities (Soap, Rest, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, etc.);

  • Working with JSON, API led development;

  • Managing and communicating with the development team to design and implementing solutions with a focus on adhering to industry leading practices and code quality techniques;

  • Producing deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, working across teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously;

  • Working with business stakeholders in understanding their business needs, conducting product demos and incorporating business feedback to meet customer’s service business objectives; and,

  • Understanding of enterprise applications to which Salesforce.com is commonly integrated to enable end-to-end ecosystem for enterprise customers.

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
