REQUIREMENTS:

· BSN/RN and 1 year of related experience or RN & two years related experience.

· Valid PA RN License Required

· Act 33/34, State Criminal and FBI Background Checks upon hire

· Drug Screening

· Valid PA drivers license and ability to operate an agency vehicle.

SCHEDULE:

Position Hours: 37.5 hour shift per week; Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6:30pm-7am

ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re looking for a FT Nurse! The Nurse will provide medication management and medication training and supports (medication education, health education, assessing general health needs, health/wellness training, psychotherapy and service coordination) and to coordinate physical health treatment, and include support and education related to physical fitness, nutrition and wellness to person served. The Nurse is responsible for providing supportive therapy and other therapeutic interventions as well as other nursing services. The nurse will be an active participant in the treatment team. The Nurse will maintain clinical records including daily documentation for medications.

ABOUT THE SITE: The FT Nurse position is located at our RTFA (Residential Treatment Facility for Adults) located on the South Side.

ABOUT YOU: The FT RN assists persons served with mobility and daily living skills as needed: including but not limited to, cooking, cleaning, laundry, personal care, etc. The service provided is to include support and education related to physical fitness, nutrition, and wellness.
