Regional Market Manager - Electrification / A&S - JR2420644

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Regional Market Manager, you will shape regional strategies and execution aligned with the global Electrification and Adhesives and Sealants (A&S) strategy. You will lead the regional product portfolio through global PPO definition and future product portfolio through managing the NPI regional process and regional launches of global technologies. You will be measured on Electrification and A&S new product sales, overall revenue growth, profitability and pipeline growth within the region.

This role can be based out of the General Office in Pittsburgh, PA or the office in Troy, MI.

Key Responsibilities: * Take accountability and respond to requests from the commercial teams concerning products and win strategies. Connect commercial and technical teams and global product management to collaborate on product gaps, opportunities and go-to-market strategies. * Translate market and VOC data into applicable insights and provide product expertise and guidance to team members and external customers. * Collaborate with marketing communications and commercial teams to develop selling tools and market strategies that position PPG to win when the customer makes a buying decision. * Manage product lifecycle of regional portfolio; prioritize product development pipeline; and lead new product launches and localization efforts. * Travel: approximately 25%

Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Masters Degree in business, marketing, chemistry/engineering, or technical degree * 5+ years experience in strategic marketing, product management, strategy, business development, or technical role * Experience with new market segments
