Receptionist
Pitt Business is seeking a Receptionist. Individual serves as the receptionist for Pitt Business in Sennott Square. Responsibilities include: greeting/directing Pitt Business visitors, students, staff, and faculty; periodic rounds of the 2nd and 5th floor; assuring proper setups for events; managing schedules/calendar; locking/unlocking doors; maintain stock of supplies; providing daily reports to Facilities Manager; and assisting Facilities Manager with any other projects as assigned.
High school diploma/GED required with at least one year of experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
