Sign-On Bonus Details: >1 year of experience $15,000 for a two-year commitment, <1 year of experience $10,000 for a two-year commitment.

We’re looking for a Flex/Full-Time Radiology Technologist or Radiology Technologist Advanced to join our Consolidated Outpatient Team!

Final candidates will be selected for a job title within the career ladder that reflects level of education, experience, and manager discretion at the time of offer .

Responsibilities:

  • Performs or assists Clinical Specialist in performing QA, regulatory testing, and other technical and research initiatives.

  • Performs all job responsibilities of Diagnostic Tech I.

  • Demonstrates competency of specialty equipment (O.R., Fluoro Procedures, etc.) and analyzes data promptly. Performs electrocardiograms and lab draw functions if applicable.

  • Monitors quality control activities and demonstrates advanced level of knowledge in Diagnostic Imaging by providing patient care as defined by the most up to day protocols and procedures.

  • Demonstrates the ability to function independently, and is able to cover off shifts, on-call responsibilities, and perform services at satellite facilities, where applicable, while continually communicating with lead and management team.

  • Participates in standardization activities with system-level workgroups.

  • Works directly with Radiologists regarding protocol development.

  • Assist with the training of staff and student technologists.

  • Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology.

  • 2 years Diagnostic experience required.

  • Must have obtained a performance review rating of strong/solid/good on most recent performance review to be eligible for promotion. Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

  • ARRT certified in Radiography.

  • CPR or BLS Required.

  • CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.

  • ARRT Certificate

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
