AITHERAS, LLC Quality Control Technician in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Location: Work is Remote (near Pittsburgh preferred)

Compensation: $15-$17/hr 

Hours: 35-40/week

Company: Northeastern LLC (Sister company to AITHERAS LLC)

 

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Control Technician to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team. Your primary role will involve conducting thorough reviews of internal and external documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. This position requires an individual with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, verify, and validate documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring adherence to company policy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Identify, track, and resolve discrepancies in documents.

  • Collaborate with various departments to improve document quality and consistency.

  • Provide regular reports on the status of document review activities, including any potential issues or risks identified.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies related to document management.

  • Participate in audits and inspections, as required.

  • Stay current with updates to regulatory standards and industry best practices.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of document review processes.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Quality Control Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in quality control or document review, preferably in a regulated environment.

  • Strong attention to detail with an unwavering commitment to accuracy.

  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficient in using MS Office suite, especially Word and Excel, and familiarity with document management systems.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
