CiberSQL, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, has a work-from-home Quality Assurance Analyst position (with the ability to telecommute with appropriate telecommuting systems) responsible for ensuring the overall quality of our clients' technology services and software solutions. Specific duties include: (i) performing testing as well as developing, executing and logging all defects for web and mobile applications; (ii) efficiently deploying software testing automation scripts in multiple environments such as Staging Environments and Production Environments; (iii) creating and maintaining software testing scripts using our company technology stack; (iv) using various software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Eclipse and Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver milestones and successful outcomes; (v) working with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Test Plans and test cases; (vi) performing automated testing through Microsoft DevOps; (vii) participating in Sprint planning, Sprint reviews and daily standups; (viii) reviewing UI/UX designs and Product Owners Requirements and providing task estimates; (ix) creating Quality Assurance Automation scripts and reviewing build quality/troubleshooting any build failure; and (x) creating software test plans and test cases and integrating Quality Assurance Automation.

Must have a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or a related field plus 3 years of experience in a directly related quality assurance analysis or software testing automation position.

Must also have 3 years of experience with each of the following (can be concurrent): (i) Modern deployment tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps; (ii) Java, C# or Selenium programming; and (iii) Scrum/Agile methodology.
