Job Description:

We are seeking an Invoicing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating freight and fulfillment invoices for Quiet customers on a weekly, semi-weekly, and monthly basis. The role includes assisting with billing questions, various reporting needs, driving continuous process improvements, and contributing to other enhancement projects.

Responsibilities:

• Generate freight and fulfillment invoices on a weekly, semi-weekly, and monthly basis.

• Assist with billing questions and provide support for various reporting needs.

• Drive continuous process improvements and contribute to enhancement projects.

Qualifications:

• BS in Finance or Accounting is a plus; degrees in Math, Sciences, or Engineering are also preferred.

• Prior experience manipulating large data sets.

• Intermediate level SQL skills.

• Expert level Excel skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
