Position/Title: Fabrication Set Up and Operate (Press Brake) Type: Contract to Direct Location: Jefferson City, MO # of Positions: 1 Work Schedule/Shift: Nights, (Monday-Thursday 4:30 pm-3:00 am) Work Hours: 40+ OT Shift Differential: Yes, $1.00 Shift Differential: $1.00 shift differential for our B/evening shift.

Position Responsibilities and Details:

• Operator sets up and operates various CNC fabricators, shear, spot weld and press brake equipment per print.
• Set-up other equipment as assigned.
• Operator is able to fabricate parts using various sheet metal fabricating tools and machines.
• Operator is able to set up fabrication equipment to produce parts to print. Must be able to operate all department equipment.
• Must have the ability to read and use a variety of measuring instruments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as req'd.
• Operator will input programs in CNC controls and make adjustments as necessary.
• Assumes responsibility for inspection of parts.
• Must have ability to use mathematics in various phases of the job.
• Report inferior workmanship and off-standard materials to supervisor.
• Perform other duties related to the occupation.
• Work with engineering to produce parts to print.
• Works in a safe manner and doesn't endanger others. Keeps accurate inventory of tools.
• May be required to direct work of others in the area. Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be qualified to perform the duties of the occupation in accordance with quality and quantity standards and to perform the physical, mental, and visual requirements of the job in a safe and efficient manner.

Education and Experience:

• Min High School Diploma/GED Required
• At least 2-3 years of related experience, production related roles.
• REQUIRES PRESS BRAKE EXPERIENCE
