Position Summary Details

The Valet/Attendant is responsible for driving, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience upon their arrival and departure. The Valet must be able to operate a stick shift vehicle.

Essential Functions

• Approaches and greets all customers in a friendly, professional manner

• Uses respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relays information to shift or Operations Manager as necessary.

• Quick and responsive to provide excellent customer service

• Follows all company procedures and complies with all safety regulations

Valet Responsibilities

• Greets customers at service level parking and safely moves vehicle to designated location.

• Thoroughly inspect and document vehicle for damages upon arrival to Valet Parking.

• Accurately track tickets and car keys.

• Perform general cashier duties.

• Act as flagger or traffic director.

Qualifications

• One year of similar experience preferred

• Must be 18 Years of Age or Older

• Must have Valid Driver's License and Pass MVR

• Must be able to drive manual shift vehicles.
