We are searching for the best talent for a Business Product Manager to be in Pittsburgh, PA, Raleigh, NC, Titusville, NJ, Horsham, PA, Phoenix, AZ, or Orlando, FL.

Purpose:

The Patient Service Center is seeking a skilled Business Product Manager to lead a team in delivering high-quality healthcare technical solutions. The Product Manager will guide a cross-functional team through the development, testing and validation of technology solutions that enhance the experience for business users, ultimately benefiting patients and providers.

Key responsibilities include maintaining the product backlog and collaborating with technical and operational stakeholders to lead enhancements that support new launches and process improvements.

This person will drive business growth, improve end-user efficiency and optimize workflows, while collaborating across Operations and Technology to advance the Patient CRM roadmap. The candidate should be a strong problem solver that anchors choices using analytics and assessing impact on patient provider experience. This role is for a people leader with strong leadership and the ability to hold yourself and others accountable to commitments.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, launch, and deliver complex and ambiguous workflow solutions ranging from new product launches and enhancements

  • Manage the development and delivery of multiple software products in line with business needs with the third-party vendors

  • Define product vision based on customer needs, and business goals while collaborating on the feature enhancement roadmap.

  • Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment and coordination between product development and business goals.

  • Serves as the liaison between program operations and the technology teams by utilizing application knowledge to optimize systems supporting workflow

  • Own and drives key business relationships for the product(s)

  • Lead voice-of-the-customer initiatives, including road mapping enhancements and managing training handoff for technology integrations

  • Weighs business risks, issues, and impediments being experienced by the product team and actively assists with technical solutioning

  • Understands, initiates, defines, and communicates prioritization of product requirements with a mind toward business value and tradeoffs

  • Drives outcomes using application knowledge and operational expertise to deliver optimized workflow solutions

  • Oversee product liaisons and business systems analysts and assign resources to projects based on business need

  • Hire, train and review staff necessary to support requirements gathering, sign off, testing and release planning

  • Provide clear guidance and oversight during the requirements gathering, development, and post-launch phases

  • Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product roadmap and enhancements.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to inform product planning

  • Demonstrate proven experience in leading and managing a team effectively

  • Up to 25% of travel required

  • Other projects or responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • A minimum of 8 years of Product Management experience to include designing, facilitating development, testing and delivery

  • Proven experience as a team leader or people manager, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Knowledgeable in gathering, communicating, and documenting business requirements through interactions with cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach employees to enhance their skills and career growth.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management experience managing complex projects

  • Product software development life cycle (SDLC) experience with focus on design, facilitating development, testing and delivery

  • Experience in Hub operations

  • Experience in leading teams through organizational change and transitions.
