Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage solutions in Azure.

• Support client's Azure infrastructure, maintain health checks/monitoring, and report on KPIs/SLAs.

• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Azure infrastructure issues. This includes Windows and Linux VM support.

• Provide on-call support for escalated client issues during US business hours.

• Develop SOPs to enhance support of the client's environment.

• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Our operate services within CTO include:

• Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement

• Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products

Qualifications

Required

• Active Azure certification

• 5+ Years Experience architecting solutions in Azure.

• Expertise in Azure services including compute, storage, networking, security, and IAM.

• 5+ Years Experience using IaC tooling such as Terraform or equivalent.

• 5+ Years Experience using monitoring tooling such as Datadog or equivalent.

• 5+ Years Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Able to triage Cloud infrastructure issues.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,000-180,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
