The Division of Philanthropic & Alumni Engagement (PAE) at the University of Pittsburgh is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships with donors, alumni, and stakeholders, supporting the Universitys mission in education, research, and healthcare. We invite you to become a pivotal part of our team as the Annual Appeals Coordinator.

In this role, you will serve as the integral part within PAEs Annual Giving & Leadership Programs team, reporting to the Director, Annual Giving & Leadership Campaigns.

In this role, you will support annual giving campaigns through accurate identification and stewarding of potential donors. You will be a pivotal part in facilitating administrative functions of annual campaigns. You will be working to maintain our budget, pay our invoices, manage special mailing projects and communicate with donors. Your work will interact with all members of our department, and you will perform several different duties day to day.

Job Summary

Supports annual giving campaigns through accurate identification and stewarding of potential donors. Facilitates the administrative functions of annual campaigns.

Essential Functions * Supports annual giving colleagues with coordinating the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewarding current and potential donors. * Manages the administrative functions of the annual campaigns, which may include assisting in the conceptualization, drafting, and editing letters. * Ensures branding compliance. * Manages production and mailing of materials with vendors. * Assists in tracking and reporting activities of donors. * Works on special projects as directed. Physical Effort

Light: Little physical effort required. Duties are primarily sedentary. May be required to move objects up to 25 pounds occasionally.
