What you will do:
Provide support End-to-End for Manufacturing engineering at Hose Assembly facility, starting with NPIs, ensuring productive capacity, developing manufacturing processes and improve overall performance through continuous improvement.
Providing support and guidance on all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, and environmental requirements for manufacturing.
Manage Capital for investments in new technologies and equipment while working forward planning the factory of the future
Monitoring process reliability; identifying and addressing problem areas.
Analyzing engineering change notices, determines any part or process change, initiates and implements all changes.
What you will have – Skills:
Manufacturing Safety, Processes, Equipment and Lean Manufacturing: Knowledge to effectively manage the entire manufacturing process of production methods and technologies, safe operation and maintenance of equipment, and the identification of hazards to ensure compliance with safety regulations for workers and the environment as well as lean manufacturing principles and implementation and the ability to integrate them into existing production and management processes.
Critical Thinking and judgement: Capacity to view processes in overall perspective to analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Data driven decision making: Knowledge of the decision-making process; demonstrate a strong ability to leverage data analytics and insights to inform and guide engineering decisions, ensuring that solutions are both effective and aligned with project goals.
Intellectual curiosity: Strong intellectual curiosity, actively seeking out new knowledge and innovative solutions, and demonstrating a passion for continuous learning and improvement in engineering practices.
Basic Qualifications:
Bacheloor’s degree in Engineering.
Pre-Advanced English.
Solid knowledge related to engineering process (Job Number, Capp+, RFI, MESa, CAPEX, Process Engineering).
Top Candidates will have:
Knowledge in production engineering & Lean (Takt time, Cycle time, Lead time, Bottleneck and constraint management, OEE).
Knowledge in new technologies for manufacturing processes: Robots, AGVs, Automatization, IoT.
Deep expertise in Data analytics – O365 (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
Advanced English.
