Eaton Corporation Costing Accountant in Pingdingshan, China

What you’ll do:

Responsibility:

• Responsible for costing maintain in SAP system. Organize the annual standard cost update and hourly rating review process, support marketing quotation.

• Timely complete month closing on costing module and variance analysis/monitoring in term of ETO Model

• Lead annually inventory physical count and process continues improvement

• Cost control, cost saving calculation, BOM checking to make sure the accuracy

• Work with operation closely to well control inventory and improve DOH

• Responsible for FA accounting, annual Capex planning, rolling forecast and CAR process;

• Lead E&O review and analysis process, reduce CONC in PDSE

• Work closely with SCM and Engineering department on operation excellence to drive the continues cost reduction;

• Coordination of profit plan, rolling forecast and cost planning;

• Other assigned work from finance controller.

Qualifications:

1)Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting or above;

2)2-3ys’ experience in MFG industry, good business acumen with experience in cost reduction;

3)Strong organizational skills, planning and analytical mind;

4)Willing to work under pressure and tight timeline;

5)Good communication skills in English and Chinese;

6)Good skills in Excel, PPT presentation, familiar with SAP.
