Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Pine Bluff, Arkansas

Description We are inviting applications for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team in the financial services industry. This role is based in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, United States and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Your primary function will be to handle customer inquiries related to credit and debit card services, ensuring the provision of accurate and timely responses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls from customers and resolving queries related to credit and debit card services

• Assisting customers with disputes, fraud reports, PIN resets, and card activations

• Setting up new debit card accounts and maintaining existing ones, including managing lost/stolen cards and entering data into various systems as required

• Providing outstanding customer support and assistance to debit cardholders, branches, and the corporate call center

• Assisting branch associates and customers with instant issue cards

• Ensuring all departmental documents and activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures

• Managing multiple tasks efficiently, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and retention through exemplary service

• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills:

• Proficient in answering inbound calls and providing call center customer service

• Strong data entry and order entry skills

• Ability to effectively manage email correspondence and inbound/outbound calls

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Capable of scheduling appointments. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls promptly and professionally.

• Experience in a call center customer service environment.

• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.

• Accurate and efficient data entry skills.

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and timely.

• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Experience in order entry and processing.

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively.

• Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• High level of patience and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
