Position Title: Wrestling Head Coach

Location: Pinconning High School, 605 W Fifth St, Pinconning, MI

Pinconning High School is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of  Wrestling Head Coach. Join our dedicated team of coaches and help shape the growth and  success of our wrestlers both on and off the mat.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement training programs that enhance wrestling techniques and skills - Strategize and coach during practices and matches to optimize team performance - Cultivate a positive team culture that promotes sportsmanship, discipline, and  camaraderie - Mentor and support student-athletes in their athletic and personal development - Collaborate with the coaching staff and school administration to uphold the values of  Pinconning High School athletics Qualifications: - Previous coaching experience in wrestling at the high school level or equivalent - Proficient knowledge of wrestling techniques, rules, trackwrestling and strategies - Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide student-athletes - Commitment to fostering a competitive yet respectful team environment - Uphold academic and ethical standards for student-athletes - Clear background check
