Summary: The Director of Hospitality Services is responsible for all aspects of department(s); Environmental Services, Linen and Food & Nutrition Services. The Director of Hospitality Services provides leadership, develops departmental goals and objectives, standards of performance, and develops policies and procedures. Responsible for the overall daily operations, to assure exceptional care and services to patients, residents, guests, and fellow employees. Continuously assesses systems and processes to achieve economical and efficient operations and achieve budgetary goals. Will have oversight of the region’s service excellence initiatives including patient satisfaction.

Hours: Primarily days with occasional weekends/evenings/holidays

Education/Certification Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of leadership experience in service area.

Serv Safe certification preferred.
