Group Summary

About the Role

This position reports directly to the Logistics Manager and is responsible for the general and specific job duties at Decostar as described below:

Your Responsibilities

• Provide continuous and uninterrupted material supply to all assembly and sequencing processes.

• Monitor inventory levels at all lineside, stock, and overflow locations within the warehouse.

• Maintain warehouse storage locations. Make sure all inventory pallets, racks, and shelves are labeled properly and stored in the designated location.

• Assist with receiving an labeling inventory as it is brought into the warehouse.

• Make sure all paperwork and documentation on the material being received is turned into the proper personnel as required.

• Support logistics operations by moving materials within the warehouse to maintain FIFO.

Who we are looking for

• Manufacturing experience with and understanding of processing equipment, product realization and quality standards.

• Safe handling of raw materials, knowledge of automotive specifications and associated instruments.

Your preferred qualifications

• Minimum two years experience with O.E.M. requirements.

• Course work relating to manufacturing or supply chain.

• Auditing experience to QS-9000/ISO-TS 16949.
