ABOUT THE JOB:

The primary focus of this position manages support functions essential to sales productivity. These include planning, reporting, sales process optimization, national accounts program implementation, and ownership of territory and account management.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Responsible for territory management and headcount alignment

  • SME and the main point of contact for sales reporting and enhancements

  • Owns the maintenance and accuracy of accounts (Customer Hierarchy and Account Management)

  • Responsible for successful Salesforce.com roll outs for various sales team including National Accounts

  • ISR Quick links management and contract compliance for National Accounts

  • Overseas the Gov’t deal desk and managing RFP’s, proposal, and sales/pricing within that group

  • Owner of all things service channel related for large customers and process oriented improvement

  • Work closely with pricing team to validate profitability on each deal

  • Design the deal review process for the company.

  • Web Portal Support for large national account customers and development of customer benefits

  • Review of deal documentation or RFPs to ensure detailed understanding of bid requirements and deal structures.

  • Responsible for Daily Reporting (All things activations, revenue, UOR)

  • SAP Management as it relates to National Accounts and Account Hierarchy

  • Generate amendment letters and review contracts to support legal requirements

  • Overseas cross hire vendor set up with 3rd party management for large customers

  • Identify and remove barriers as it relates to National Account customers and process improvement throughout

  • Assists with vendor contract management, PO creation, and sales budget maintenance

  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years sales analytics experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, preferred

  • Recent experience coordinating sales deals

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to work well under pressure of heavy workloads and timing deadlines.

  • Strong organization skills and accuracy

  • Salesforce.com experience with Data.com, Traction Hierarchies, CPQ, Demand Tools, Marketing Automation, Campaigns, Data Loader, and Reporting/Dashboards a plus

  • Intermediate knowledge in MS Office Suite, including Excel

  • Ability to multi-task effectively

  • Ability to communicate clearly: verbal and written
