EXOS The Trust Powered by the NFLPA Fellow in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Summary:

We are looking to add a Fellow to our team as a part of The Trust (powered by the NFLPA) program. This candidate must have two accredited seasons on an NFL roster and must be enrolled in The Trust (powered by the NFLPA). This candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside our business and performance leads at Exos to gain experience in the human performance industry.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an Elite Sports Fellow to join our Exos Team! During our Elite Fellowship, youwill:

  • Assist Exos staff with daily operations, recruiting, scheduling and planning for all of The Trust (powered by the NFLPA) Programs.

  • Assist VP of Pro/Elite Sports with marketing, sales and operations for the Exos NFL Offseason and NFL combine Programs

  • Assist VP of Pro/Elite Sports with marketing, sales, and operations in our amateur sport division.

  • Complete at least 3 projects over the course of the fellowship that will cover TheTrust (powered by the NFLPA) Exos program, pro/elite sports division and amateursports division.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned

  • Travel for events (PRN)​

    The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Former NFL athlete enrolled in The Trust (powered by the NFLPA).

  • Has earned a bachelor’s degree (Masters Preferred)

  • Has a desire to work in the athletic performance or professional sports industry

  • Learn the Exos Methodology and apply it to instructing, motivating, and assisting clients in a safe, legal, moral, ethical manner to achieve their goals.

  • Perform all aspects of the position held in a professional manner.

  • Follow established policies and procedures of the company.

  • Excellent presentation skills in both small and large group settings

  • Strong customer service skills where servicing the “client” is top priority

  • Energy and passion for helping others achieve their personal goals

  • Must be able to work independently with little daily supervision

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Experience teaching group fitness classes with emphasis on helping improve technique and ability

  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite or related products

    Physical Requirements:

  • Candidates applying for this position should be able to lift up to 50 poundsunassisted repeatedly throughout the workday. Also, the physical requirements ofthis job require frequent walking around and demonstrating and assisting withexercise movements; bending, stretching, lifting, pushing, pulling and squatting aremovements performed daily
