Launched in 2023, Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. In this position...

The team is looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Product Analytics Manager who loves to capture and use quantitative and qualitative data to make strategic decisions.

The Senior Product Analytics Manager will leverage data and analytics to generate insights that inform which products should be built, how we should optimize those products, and how we should scale those products to help our customers save time, money, and get personal delight from their vehicles. You will present your analyses, plans, and recommendations to senior leadership and connect new ideas to drive change. Analytical ingenuity and leadership, business acumen, effective communication capabilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment are critical skills for this role.

This position is remote unless the candidate lives within 50 miles of Dearborn, MI.

What you'll do...

  • Support ad-hoc requests and projects by developing optimized queries and data visualizations

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated, self-service systems/reports/dashboards at-scale

  • Establish analytical framework for product development by partnering with product and engineering teams to define measurement approach, quantifying, and evaluating success, and developing KPIs for ongoing measurement and reporting

  • Measuring the impact of experiments, reporting on our team’s performance across the organization

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, software engineering, data science, and data engineering partners to design and develop analytic capabilities

  • Define and govern key business metrics, build automated dashboards and analytic self-service capabilities, and engineer data-driven processes that drive business value

  • Navigate ambiguity to develop analytic solutions and shape work for junior team members

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of Analytics/Business Intelligence Engineering experience

  • 2+ years of data warehousing and data modeling experience

  • 2+ years of experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, R, Python or similar tools/languages

  • 2+ years of experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis tools (esp. SQL and preferably Python/R), GCP/Hadoop, Tableau, experiment frameworks

  • 2+ years of experience working across the full stack of data analysis (data engineering, ETL, data analytics, and data visualization).

  • MBA or equivalent

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills, ability to impact outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership

  • Excellent business judgment and demonstrated ability to think and act both strategically and tactically

  • Self-starter who is customer obsessed, detail-oriented, and an enthusiastic team player
