Determine and define project scope and objectives. Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements and track project costs to meet the budget. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. Provide project updates on a contract basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and plans. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed, report on team and project performance, and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. Implement policies and procedures. Create weekly workflow. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during project implementation.
