Principal Business Partner for Honeywell International, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities:

•Responsible for Business Process Automation.

•Seek improvement opportunities project planning and implementation Agile practitioner Run Management Operating System IT strategy development Budget and resource allocation.

•Provide project updates to leadership.

•Support and mentor project teams.

•Assess business needs via business process analysis, collaboration, and observation.

•Provide requirements and solutioning in building the Application Architecture Determining how to integrate SAP software programs to enhance targeted business processes.

•Evaluate IT infrastructure and capabilities, as well as facilitating cost-effective improvements.

•Customize existing programs and adding new programs to a single SAP-integrated platform.

•Configure SAP solutions to ensure smooth system integration, enhanced functionalities, and user-friendly interfaces.

•Collaborate with the IT team to offer technical solutions and resolve issues.

•Provide SAP end-user training and support.]

•Location: Phoenix, AZ

•40 hours/week

YOU MUST HAVE:

Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field and seven (7) years of IT experience. Must possess three (3) years of experience in the following: SAP OM knowledge; Integration; Ecommerce Application; Safe Agile; identification, screening, and evaluation of new solution opportunities to address unmet internal and external customer needs; portfolio or project management experience; Jira and IT Confluence; and financial acumen to understand components of a business case and ROI. Must have one of the following certifications: SAFe, Agile, Project/Product Management Professional, Lean, or Six Sigma. Telecommuting permitted up to two times per week. Up to 5% domestic travel required.
