Operations Support Specialist

Location: Skin Health Distribution Center; North Phoenix, AZ

Position Summary: CP Skin Health Group is looking to add a permanent Operations Support Specialist to our Warehouse team. The right candidate will come with a great team-player attitude and be reliable for daily shifts.

Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

  • Manage daily action plan

  • Process and sort daily pick tickets and create replenishment reports

  • Run and manage production plan for co-packing/product kitting and the Print Shop

  • Process returned items back to inventory

  • Communicate effectively with marketing and sales teams

  • Pull merchandise from warehouse shelves and stock bins

  • Process, pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain inventory of products and restock as needed

  • Inspect product for any damage and report as needed

  • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment

  • Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures

  • Coach and cross-train warehouse team as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • You are reliable and responsible. You have excellent attendance and consistently meet goals.

  • You are able to lead a team and comfortable providing direction.

  • You display a can-do attitude and will be flexible in your role, happy to assist in all areas of the warehouse as needed.

  • You are physically able to be on your feet 8+ hours a day, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and keeping in constant motion.

  • You have 1-3 years of supervisory experience

  • You are dependable and reliable for daily shifts with occasional Saturday overtime.

  • You have adequate English proficiency to ensure that safety protocols and efficient operations are maintained. Spanish speaking is a plus.

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You have strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills

  • You have a proactive approach to problem solving

  • You are a self starter

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervisory responsibilities include, but are not limited to, adherence to Warehouse SOPs, monitoring team efficiencies, ensuring the Daily Action Plan is created and followed, ensuring breaks/lunches are taken on time, ensuring the Warehouse is kept neat, clean and organized, providing training and coaching as needed to the warehouse teams, and maintaining a professional business environment. Ability to coordinate fulfillment teams to ensure efficient workflow at all times.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $40 800,00 - $50 000,00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

  • Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.

  • Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements

  • Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually

  • Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually

  • Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year

  • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
