Aerotek Machine Operator in PHOENIX, Arizona

Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Candidate will be cutting roof panels utilizing the panel cutting machine. They will measure and diagnose the machine if any discrepancies happen (it is rare). Candidates will be required to drive and pull a 16ft trailer bed truck to various job sites 1-2 days a week, and work 3 days onsite at the warehouse. Must be willing to utilize a forklift to load the truck with metal coils. Must be willing to complete duties assigned within the warehouse as well (all hands on deck mentality). Training is 4-6 weeks, and candidates won't be going on any job sites alone until after 3 months of paneling production.

Work Environment

Warehouse can get hot with bay doors open, must be willing to work outdoors at job sites. Mon-Fri 6a-2:30p. PPE: pants/jeans, steel toe boots required.
