Kelly Services Legal Administrator/Assistant in Phoenix, Arizona

Kelly Services is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Legal Administrator/Assistant will support the attorneys by handling a variety of administrative and legal support tasks, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations for a Law Firm in Phoenix, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal Administrator/Assistant will manage essential administrative responsibilities, support document preparation for court proceedings, and maintain strict confidentiality.

  • Perform daily administrative duties, including scheduling appointments, organizing legal documents, and coordinating communication between attorneys, clients, and courts.

  • Assist in the preparation and filing of documents for court proceedings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

  • Uphold the confidentiality of sensitive client and case information.

  • Provide general office support as needed to maintain an efficient work environment.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a legal office or related setting.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

  • Familiarity with legal document management and office software.

  • Salary: $ 40,000 - $55,000 per year

  • Hybrid schedule 2 days in office and 3 days remote/ Monday-Friday
